Fix Cloud-based Message Recall in Exchange Online

Microsoft released a new version of Message Recall that they say is “on average, it’s more than twice as effective at successfully recalling messages than the classic feature.” However, the feature was not supported when the recall message processed through an external connector - which happens when INKY removes a banner, processes Internal or Outbound Mail Protection, or adds a Signature.

This guide will ensure the Recall Messages do not process through INKY, thus allowing Cloud-based Message Recall to work while using INKY. This will become a standard part of the INKY install in the future, but that date will be updated later.
