Message Trace in Google Workspace

  1. As an admin login to https://admin.google.com/ac/emaillogsearch

  2. Using the Message ID, or appropriate Sender/Recipient information, Search for the message

     

  3. For every result that comes back select the result and take a snapshot of the output

Ensure that all of the “V” carrots are selected and show as “^” in the outputted screenshot.
