GenAI Dashboard Walkthrough
The INKY Dashboard remains as robust as ever, offering a new filter to find the specific types of GenAI labels your analyst are looking for. Simply filter using the Gen AI Labels under the Widget Filter Editor → Analysis → Gen AI Labels then choose the appropriate label you’d like to view.
Once you've filtered your messages using the desired labels, you'll see a list of emails that match those filters.
Example
In this example, we’re using the “UNSUBSCRIBE” GenAI model. This model is specifically tuned to identify not only straightforward cases of graymail—emails with proper unsubscribe links and X-headers—but also messages from senders who deviate from the standard. For instance, some senders include a simple tagline at the bottom of their email, such as:
“P.S. if you don’t want to hear from me again, reply to this email.”
This tactic is designed to prompt a response, confirming that your email is active, which in turn encourages them to send even more unwanted messages.
Clicking on a message from the list opens the Message Detail view. Provided that the logged-in user meets the Body Content Visibility Requirements, the analyst will see the email body along with the specific text that triggered the GenAI label. In this example, you can observe the “UNSUBSCRIBE” label and the corresponding text within the email:
“P.S. if you’re not into this chat, reply with ‘beans’ and I’ll gracefully exit!”
The sender’s use of an unusual word like “beans” clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of INKY’s GenAI models. Traditional methods wouldn’t have been able to account for such unique taglines—no matter what word is used, our system is designed to catch it.
