Enable or Disable Features

Team already Installed
If the team you’re enabling new features for is already installed with INKY Phish Fence (Inbound Mail Protection) then follow the below steps for the appropriate provider.
Prior to following these steps, you must confirm with INKY support support@inky.com that the team is entitled to the new features, or the steps below will have no effect.

Navigate to https://tools.inkyphishfence.com
https://tools.eu.inky.com/ if you’re in the EU
Login with a global administrator for the team you’re adding new features on
Select “Features”
Ensure that the appropriate features are checked and select “Modify Optional Features.
If the check box options are grayed out it means that the team the administrator is associated with is not entitled for the given feature. Reach out to INKY support support@inky.com for more information.
Do not check “Only for users in IPW-Group-Internal” unless instructed by INKY.
