Enable End User Quarantine Notifications in O365

Summary

Enable end user notifications for end users who have quarantined emails within Microsoft. End users will receive a summary of held emails for User Quarantined emails where they have the option to review and release emails.

Settings

1. Navigate to https://security.microsoft.com/antispam

2. Select IPW-Group

3. Select “Edit Actions” under “Actions”

4. Ensure the notifications are set to the highlighted below:

5. Navigate to https://security.microsoft.com/quarantinePolicies

6. Select DefaultFullAccessPolicy

7. Ensure “Quarantine Notification” is enable
