Remove Messages from a Mailbox

Summary

Remediation Access within INKY will allow administrators to remove messages from their end-user's Microsoft 365 & Google mailboxes as needed.

When remediation is enabled, you can remove a message by navigating to Observations, selecting the message you would like to remove and then selecting Remediation Actions and Delete Message from INKY-Protected Mailboxes:
