Mandatory Disclaimer

You may provide a disclaimer message that will be appended to the bottom of all messages, regardless of whether a user has opted in or out of a basic signature. For example, you may use this for a compliance message or confidentiality notice.

• This block of text that will get added to the bottom of all outgoing mail regardless of users’ opt-in or opt-out choices (but signatures as a whole need to be enabled for the team - the first check box on the settings page).
