User Signature Settings

Found at the bottom User Dashboard, the Signature Settings provides end-users access to their personal signature. Based on the configurations from admins, users will see options allow them to configure their personal information and either enable or disable their person signature.

The initial corpus of information is pulled from either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace via their APIs, if available based on the Domain and Directory API being enabled: API Access. If a user has customized their information but wants to resync from their directory, then they can use the “Import new or updated data” button found at the top right.

Current options available to end users for customization include:

  • Full Name

  • Pronouns

  • Primary email address

  • Job title

  • Department

  • Company Address Override

  • Work Phone

  • Mobile Phone

  • Fax Number

  • LinkedIn profile URL

  • Custom Link and Link text (could be used for a Calendly or other service)

Below the settings form, end-users will see their signature preview based on their newly inputted information, as well as combination of the Team Signature, created by admins, showing the complete signature for their new mail, replies, and forwards.
