Transitioning to INKY's New Dashboard
This guide is intended for INKY Administrators who are familiar with using the INKY Admin Dashboard and have now transitioned to INKY’s new dashboard. Below you’ll find guidance on how to perform common tasks and maintenance in the new INKY dashboard.
Allow & Block Listing
The allow and block lists have moved from the left-hand toolbar on the main page to the settings tab. Select the settings tab at the top of your dashboard, and then select allow or block list on the left-hand menu.
Threat Details
Threat Details is now the Observations tab. Similar to Threat Details, this tab functions as a simple way to quickly view a specific message or a subset of messages based on certain criteria. The Observations tab now allows administrators to see the body of a message.
