Block List
Summary
Blocklist entries can be created by administrators in the INKY Dashboard to ensure a specific email address or domain is always bannered with a particular result type. Entries can be created directly from a message in the observations and visualizations tab, or by manually adding an entry under the settings tab. Any blocklist entries created in the INKY Dashboard will apply to all users within your INKY tenant.
Additionally, end-users can create their own per-user block entries directly from the “Report This Email” landing page. Any entries created by an end-user will only apply to that specific user.
All blocklist entries are found in the INKY Dashboard under Settings > Block List. Administrators can manage both tenant-level and user-specific block entries in this section.
To disable an entry, select the sender and then select Disable Selected Entry.
To view further details about an entry, select the sender and then select More Info.
Delivery settings must be enabled in INKY to route senders on the blocklist to the end user's junk folder or administrative quarantine. See the related articles section for more information regarding delivery settings.
