Migration Guide: Upgrading to INKY’s New Product Offerings

Migrating your team or organization to the new INKY product offerings requires a backend update performed by an INKY admin. To begin, please contact your account executive to activate the migration feature on your account.

Prerequisites

  • Approval: Confirm with your INKY Account Executive that your team is cleared for migration.

  • Admin Access: Ensure that migration is enabled for your team. (Note: Only Super Admins will see the migration option.)

Step-by-Step Migration Process

  1. Access Team Settings:

  2. Locate the Migration Option:

    • In the Product Features section, look for the "Migrate to New Products" button.

    • This option will only appear if your team has been enabled for migration by an INKY admin.

  4. Complete and Save:

    • Review the pre-filled details and make any necessary adjustments.

    • Click "Save" to initiate the migration.

    • Upon a successful migration, you’ll receive a brief success notification, and the Product Features section will update to display the new Products with the corresponding SKUs and add-ons.

  5. Post-Migration Activation:

    • If your team is on the Professional or Advanced plan, your messages will automatically be scanned using INKY’s GenAI models.

    • You will also gain immediate access to the Advanced Block List.

Tracking as an MSP or Organization

Migration must be performed for each team individually. If you manage multiple teams, use the Partner Center to easily track their migration status:

  1. Visit the Partner Center:
    Navigate to https://app.inkyphishfence.com/partner-center/summary .

  2. Check the Products Column:

    • A filled checkmark indicates the team has migrated.

    • An empty icon means migration hasn’t been enabled yet.

  3. Access Team Details:
Click the Products column for any team to go directly to its summary page and continue the migration process.

This streamlined view helps you quickly identify which teams need migration and manage the process efficiently.
