INKY Standard, Professional, and Advanced

INKY Email Signatures is an optional product offering that allows teams to easily configure company-wide signatures and footers on outbound mail. The signatures can also be personalized for each user, based on user-provided data or tenant directory information via API.

We are thrilled to announce the soft launch of INKY's new Email Signatures, available from September 25th to October 27th. If you’d like to trial out Email Signatures during the soft launch period, please reach out to support@inky.com! During this period, you're invited to try our new offering at no cost to experience how it can help your organization maintain consistent branding across all email signatures. Advanced Block List: Custom Rules for Proactive Email Protection

Announcing the Advanced Block List feature—designed to empower your team with custom rules that automatically classify and mitigate potential threats based on URLs, attachments, and other email properties.

Found on: https://app.inkyphishfence.com/settings/analysis page you’ll find the new section named Additional Analysis. There you’ll use a multi-select input to set which country you want blocked.

When you block a country, any message that’s identified coming from there will be given the new threat category “Blocked Sender Location” and tagged as High Confidence Phish. This allows it to follow the normal routing destinations defined on the delivery page, which would likely send them to Admin Quarantine.

Additionally, within the message details view of most messages after October 2022, you’ll have access to the sender location. This helps identify which country you may consider blocking if they’re found being used in phishing attacks.

  Create tailored rules that assign threat categories and levels when an email or link meets your specified criteria.

• Dual-Phase Protection:
  Benefit from pre-delivery analysis that flags emails before they reach the inbox, and post-delivery link checks that redirect users to a blocker page when Danger-mode rules are triggered.

• Granular Control:
  Define conditions based on URL properties, attachment details, and more—even limit rules to unauthenticated senders.

• Team-Level Management:
  Easily manage rules at the team level, with upcoming enhancements to extend rule configuration across your entire organization.

Consider the two rules below.

1. Link Matching - this rule would match URLs with the following conditions. It would mark the message as Phishing Content if the rule was enabled pre-delivery or when a user clicks a link matching this URL, we’ll match it as Danger and take them to the link protection page.

   1. URL starts with https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.google.com/url

   2. URL contains sa=t

   3. URL contains url=amp

2. Attachment Matching - this rule would only match pre-delivery because it’s not matching a link. It would mark a message as danger if the conditions were met - for this example an HTML or HTM attachment that has benefits in the attachment name.

   1. Attachment MIME Type equals text/html

   2. Attachment Name contains Benefits
