Microsoft released a new version of Message Recall that they call say is “on average, it’s more than twice as effective at successfully recalling messages than the classic feature.” However, the feature was not supported when the recall message processed through an external connector - which happens when INKY removes a banner, processes Internal or Outbound Mail Protection, or adds a Signature.
