Suppressing the "?" in the header

 

To suppress the "?" in Outlook for Windows you can add the INKY anti phish settings from the INKY Deployment portal.

 

To suppress the “?” in Outlook for Windows:

  1. Go to https://tools.inkyphishfence.com/

  2. Login using a global admin account

  3. Navigate to the More Tab

  4. Select AntiPhish Policy

  5. Select Start

 

This will add the INKY specific settings to ensure you don't see the "?" anymore.
