Signatures aren't applied to all messages.
Problem
Signatures are enabled at the INKY Dashboard level; however, some emails do not have signatures applied to them.
Solution
Ensure that Team Signature and/or User Signature settings are enabled on the INKY Dashboard https://app.inkyphishfence.com/settings/signatures
Make sure to follow the appropriate Getting Started steps for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace Email Signatures | Getting Started
If all of those options have been checked please send a test email from the account that’s not working, then attach that email to a new ticket to support@inky.com so we can help determine the issue.
