Signatures aren't applied to all messages.

 Problem

Signatures are enabled at the INKY Dashboard level; however, some emails do not have signatures applied to them.

 Solution

  1. Ensure that Team Signature and/or User Signature settings are enabled on the INKY Dashboard Email Signatures - INKY

  2. Make sure to follow the appropriate Getting Started steps for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace Email Signatures | Getting Started

  3. If all of those options have been checked please send a test email from the account that’s not working, then attach that email to a new ticket to support@inky.com so we can help determine the issue.
