Sent Items folder not updating.

 Problem

On send, the sent items folder is not updating to show the Email Signature is applied.

 Solution

  1. Sent Items update is only available for Microsoft 365 teams.

  2. If the team is utilizing Microsoft 365 and the sent items folder is not updating with the Signature Applied then navigate to API Access - INKY and ensure that Remediation Access is granted.

  1. If remediation access is granted and you’re still not seeing the sent items folder updating, then please reach out to support@inky.com for further assistance.

After INKY makes changes to the 'sent items' folder, users might experience a delay before seeing these modifications, due to Microsoft 365's caching. To possibly expedite the update, try switching to another folder and then back again. If that doesn't work, please wait a bit longer, as the system might require additional time to reflect the changes.
