NEW Feature Beta Support for ConnectWise Integration

INKY has recently achieved certification with ConnectWise, making it eligible for inclusion in their marketplace. Although the certification is brand new, we are actively seeking beta participants to test the integration before its general release. NEW Feature License Management through Partner Center

All Partner Enabled teams can now access the Partner Licenses and Generate Licenses options directly within the Partner Center https://app.inkyphishfence.com/partner-center - these changes are part of the first steps to depreciate the https://licensing.inkyphishfence.com/ portal currently in use by Partners.

  • Partner License https://app.inkyphishfence.com/partner-center/licenses: is a list of all licenses ever generated for the selected Partner Team. You can view the license information, redeem, or delete a license key directly from the Partner License page.

  • Generate Licenses https://app.inkyphishfence.com/partner-center/generate-license: lets you generate new licenses with the selected Product Features.

     

NEW Feature Graymail rule automation

Previously, with Graymail, all users would need to log in to their User Center to enable Graymail folder enablement in M365. Now admins can navigate directly to https://app.inkyphishfence.com/settings/graymail and select “Automatically setup inbox rules to move Graymail messages to a folder.” If the appropriate API access is available INKY will automatically create a Graymail folder for each licensed mailbox on a nightly basis.

This feature requires both Directory and Remediation API Access and only applies if INKY is configured to deliver Graymail messages to the inbox.

BUG FIX The issue of the body content in the observation view remaining visible while loading a new message has been fixed.
